📑 The Next-Day Edit™ – Return & Refund Policy

At The Next-Day Edit™, our goal is to provide couples with high-quality, same-day/next-day wedding content that captures the magic of their celebration. Because this is a custom, service-based offering, returns work differently than with physical products. Please review the following policy:

• To secure your wedding date, a [30–50% deposit] is required at booking.
   
• This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it reserves your date and prevents us from booking other clients.
   

• The remaining balance is due [X days before the wedding date].
   
• Once services have been rendered (filming/editing/delivery), no refunds will be issued.
   

• If you cancel more than 60 days before the wedding date, you will not owe the remaining balance (deposit is forfeited).
   
• If you cancel within 60 days of the wedding date, the full balance is still due, as it is unlikely we can rebook the date.
   

• In the rare event we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including deposit.
   
• If possible, we will help secure a replacement content creator to cover your day.
   

• Edited content will be delivered within the promised timeframe (same-night sneak peek / 24-hour highlights / raw footage) unless circumstances outside our control occur (power outages, file corruption, natural disaster).
   
• In the event of a delay, you will be notified immediately, and delivery will be prioritized.
   

• Because content creation is a creative service, refunds will not be given based on client preference of style or editing choices.
   
• We commit to delivering high-quality, professionally captured and edited clips consistent with our portfolio.
   

• Neither party will be held liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies beyond our control.
